Our club offers an exciting variety of activities and events. Members enjoy meeting new people, making friends, joining in social and recreational activities, learning more about the area and getting involved in the community. Club members explore popular artistic and cultural activities such as watercolor painting workshops local theater presentations and concerts. The events are usually followed by an optional meal at a local restaurant.

The members choose books from all genres. Everyone is welcome.

An interesting and lively group who enjoy reading about Murder, Mystery, and Mayhem.

Many day and night time drive groups meet throughout the month. Both women’s and partner’s bridge groups enjoy playing. An annual marathon bridge luncheon is held.

Club members enjoy visiting local tea rooms approximately every three months. The group members travel further afield during the summer months, but tend to stay closer to home during the winter months.

Club members enjoy lunch at a different restaurant around town and occasionally a guest speaker attends.  In December, the group hosts a special holiday luncheon with approximately 120 club members in attendance.

 Mah Jongg is a game of both skill and luck. The game utilizes racks to hold each player’s tiles, jokers and “Hands and Rules” score cards. The goal of the game is to be the first to mah jongg, by picking and discarding tiles, and matching one’s tiles to a specific hand from the annual scorecard published by the national Mah Jongg League. This is a fun game and the Mah Jongg chairs are available to teach any members interested in learning how to play.

Members experience the pleasure of creating easy to make beautiful handmade cards which include all occasion and current holiday cards.  In addition, the group also makes other paper crafts items such as boxes and gift type items.  The chairperson provides basic information and all supplies and equipment to make 3 cards.  A modest fee is charged.

The group members venture out on interesting tours around Denver and neighboring communities.

 Rummikub is a game played with tiles and is similar to “Rummy.”

The group members sew items that are donated to various non-profit organizations serving at-risk populations. Group members have donated items to Warren Village, Lakewood Head Start, Children’s Hospital, the Anchor Center, Swedish Hospital and several nursing homes.  New volunteer opportunities for the group are always welcome.

Triple Play is also known as Hand, Knee and Foot and is an extension of Hand and Foot.

  This event is an opportunity to socialize with other members, spouses and guests in an informal, relaxed setting.
